The Chiggy Nsofor Foundation was born from one simple belief: that where you start in life should never determine where you end up. We exist to close that gap, one skill, one community, one opportunity at a time.
Our Story
The Chiggy Nsofor Foundation (CNF) was born out of a deep conviction that every underserved Nigerian deserves action. Founded in 2024 by Chiggy Nsofor, it began as a heartfelt response to the growing needs of individuals and communities across Nigeria. What started as a personal passion to provide essential relief to families in need quickly grew into a passionate foundation, built on the belief that lasting change is possible when driven by purpose, integrity, and selfless service. From our very first outreach, we set out to do more than provide temporary assistance; we set out to transform lives.
Today, CNF is a growing force for good, actively reaching communities across Nigeria through our three key programmes: Humanitarian Aid, Education, and Skill Acquisition. We have provided food relief to families in crisis, offset medical bills for patients in hospitals, enrolled out-of-school children back into education, empowered young people with skills for financial independence and promoted civic engagement. Our team of dedicated staff and volunteers continues to expand, and with our headquarters in Abuja, and an ever-growing network of partners and supporters across the country, CNF remains firmly committed to its mission: providing opportunities and impacting lives.

FinanceMeet the Founder
Chiggy Nsofor is the Founder and CEO of the Chiggy Nsofor Foundation.
She holds degrees from Covenant University, Nigeria, University of Sunderland England, completed a leadership programme at Harvard University, United States, and completed an executive program for non-profit at Stanford University, United States.
What Chiggy brings to CNF is not just her academic credentials, but an unwillingness to accept that youth unemployment, educational exclusion, and poverty are simply facts of Nigerian life. Under her leadership, CNF has grown from a personal conviction into a structured, data-driven organisation that has touched over 5,000 lives.

Partnerships & Programs
Pamela drives CNF's partnership development and programme coordination, building the relationships and operational structures that keep every pillar running effectively. She also serves as Board Secretary.
Operations & Finance
Oversees CNF's day-to-day operations and financial management, ensuring every naira is tracked, every process is sound, and every programme is delivered on time and on budget.
Communications
Tells CNF's story across platforms, from impact reports and social media to partner communications, making sure the world knows what is being built in Nigeria.

Dorothy ensures the Programme and community outreaches are delivered with consistency, care, and quality for every beneficiary.
