CNF Graduates Cohort 3 of Skill Scale-Up Programme, Charges Young Nigerians to Lead With Purpose

The Chiggy Nsofor Foundation (CNF) on 22nd of May 2026, marked another significant milestone in its mission to empower Nigerian youth, as it officially graduated the third cohort of the Skill Scale-Up Programme (SSU) at the CNF Skill Scale-Up Hub in Kurudu, Abuja.

The ceremony was a celebration not just of skills acquired, but of resilience, growth, and the quiet but powerful transformation that happens when young people are given the right environment and the right support.

The Graduating "STARS"- as students of the programme are fondly called, took turns expressing what the journey meant to them, with many describing the programme as a life-changing experience and voicing their wish that it could continue indefinitely. Their words spoke to something deeper than technical training; they spoke of confidence found, of futures reimagined.

One of the most moving moments of the day came from Abbas, an alumnus of CNF's inaugural Cohort 1, who returned to share his story with the newest set of graduates. Abbas, who is now carving out a career in photography and videography, stood as a living testimony to what the CNF experience can produce, not just a certificate, but a trajectory.

In her keynote address, CNF Founder Chiggy Nsofor delivered a message that was both celebratory and deeply personal. She acknowledged the graduating STARS for their commitment throughout the programme, noting that showing up consistently, even when the journey was tough, was itself an act of courage.
